Faith Williams is the passionate founder and owner of Blondee Salons, where she brings her unique vision for creativity, excellence, and community to life. With a background in hairdressing and a keen eye for business, Faith has dedicated herself to building a salon that embodies not only exceptional hairstyling but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both clients and staff alike.
Faith's journey in the beauty industry began with a deep-seated love for Blondes, which she transformed into a thriving business venture with the founding of Blondee Salons. Her commitment to quality and innovation shines through in every aspect of the salon, from its breathtaking blondes to its stylish interior design.
As a leader, Faith is known for her unwavering dedication to her team, always striving to provide them with the support and guidance they need to succeed not only in the work place but in life. She believes in fostering a culture of growth and empowerment, encouraging her team to continually push the boundaries of their creativity and skill.
Outside of the salon, Faith is a newly devoted mother and entrepreneur, balancing the demands of running a business with the joys of family life.
With her innovative spirit and unwavering commitment to excellence, Faith continues to lead Blondee Salons to new heights, inspiring her team and clients alike with her passion for hair self development and creativity.

MASTER STYLIST
Since joining us in May 2020, Emme has brought nothing but perfection to the BLONDEE team.
As a master stylist and salon manager, Emme’s love and passion is seen in each and every colour. Bringing over 10 years of hairdressing experience, her passion only grows as time goes on.
Emme thrives on being part of a team, loves building relationships and her loyal clients sing her praises after every visit. Her infectious laughter lights up the room and her attention to detail ensures that you are achieving your hair goals after every appointment.

CAT
MASTER STYLIST
Even with over 18 years as a hair stylist, Cat still gets full body chills every time she sees how happy her clients are after a service. That moment when a client first sees their new colour during a blow dry is one of Cat’s favourite parts of the job.
Honest and kind, Cat is one of the best. Connecting with her clients and making them feel heard is what Cat believes are the most important aspects of the job.
Cat finds that acting as though her clients’ hair is her own and not stopping until she is satisfied with the results guarantees that her clients leave the salon 100% happy.

PRINCIPAL STYLIST
Josie joined the Blondee Newstead team in April of 2024, and we already could not imagine salon life without her!
Josie considers herself an all-rounder, but her true passions lie in lived-in blondes and keratin bond extensions. With six years of experience in the industry, Josie has consistently exceeded all expectations through her second-to-none drive and pursuit of excellence.
Josie values education above all else and is always looking for ways to upskill and build upon her already insane talent. Her ability to build a rapport with clients of all demographics and age groups is something she prides herself on, along with her professionalism and desire to provide an all round pleasant experience for her clients that goes beyond just good hair.

SENIOR STYLIST
Jessica is our Senior Stylist at Blondee Newstead, since joining the team in 2021 Jessica is the first apprentice to have completed her training at Blondee Newstead - and we couldn’t be more proud!
Jessica’s foiling wizardry is unmatched and along with her cool & calm nature and good sense of humour she is an invaluable addition to our team.
We are so thrilled to be able to watch Jess establish herself amongst the best upcoming hair stylists. Her work is as good, if not better, than stylists many years her senior.
From the smallest maintenance appointment to the hugest transformation, Jess will have you feeling and looking your best after every appointment!

MADDY
SENIOR STYLIST
Maddy, a senior stylist at the Newstead salon, is a beautiful soul, inside and out!
Maddy completed her apprenticeship at one of the leading salons in Tasmania, and strives to continue her learning day-in, day-out.
One of Maddy's greatest passions is being able to make her clients feel amazing, while getting to use her creativity. Maddy specifically loves blonding and colour correction work and thrives in a busy salon environment, making connections with all of her lovely clients!

3RD YEAR EMERGING STYLIST
Luca is our bright and bubbly third year apprentice, joining the BLONDEE Newstead team in 2022. You will catch Luca creating stunning blondes and transforming her own clients.
Luca has shown amazing talent for all aspects of hairdressing and we are so excited to keep seeing her exceed all expectations and blossom into the incredible stylist we know she is!

KRISTY
3RD YEAR EMERGING STYLIST
Hardworking, kind and reliable - our 3rd year emerging stylist, Kristy, is all these things and more! If you’ve visited our Newstead salon you would have seen Kristy buzzing around the salon assisting our stylists and keeping the salon running smoothly.
Kristy loves being able to socialise with her clients and her friendly nature has her always up for a good chat! Thriving in a busy, hardworking environment is Kristy’s thing and is what makes her such an exceptional up-and-coming stylist!

1st Year Apprentice
Bright, cool and down-to-earth is how we would describe our amazing first-year Amelia!
With a love for all things hair, beauty and fashion, Amelia has fit right in here at Blondee and cemented herself as an indispensable part of our family!
Amelia loves styling and has found a passion for creating beautiful curls and mermaid waves on her client's hair. You'll catch Amelia creating content in salon, helping our seniors tone and style and generally just keeping the salon running!

IZZY
SALON COORDINATOR
Since joining the BLONDEE Newstead team as the salon coordinator, Izzy has since excelled in her role. She appreciates the value in making our clients feel welcome and comfortable the minute they arrive and works hard to ensure the salon runs smoothly day after day.
Izzy started on the other side of the chair as one of our beloved clients, and she immediately felt that her best interests were taken to heart so wants to ensure you feel the same way.
Izzy’s outstanding customer service, her bright and friendly nature and beautiful way with words will leave you feeling warm and well taken care of whether you call, text or visit us in person.

ERIN
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Erin joined us in 2021 as our Newstead salon coordinator and has since moved into the role as Operations Manager, working across all salons. Erin has years of experience in administration, reception and marketing and has thoroughly enjoyed transferring these skills over to the hairdressing industry.
As a lover of all things hair and beauty, Erin thrives in a salon environment and absolutely loves to see clients achieve the hair of their dreams!
While Erin’s role is evolving away from the front desk, she will always be available to assist you with whatever query you may have, and continues to be a bubbly presence across both salons!

CREATIVE DIRECTOR & CO-OWNER BLONDEE MORNINGSIDE
Creative director and co-owner of Blondee Morningside, Holly has been creating magic from the beginning.
She loves all things blonde, balayage and big transformations! Her calm and happy nature will have you feeling at ease and with over 10 years experience you can trust that your hair will be in safe hands.
She believes that listening is the key in understand each client’s wants and needs and is the secret to her bold and beautiful transformations. Highly knowledgable, she will share her best kept at-home tips so you can maintain the best colour in between your appointments.

MASTER STYLIST
As a true Master Stylist and colour extraordinaire, Beth’s knowledge and expertise in all things blondes and balayages shines through with every client.
After relocating to Brisbane from Melbourne in 2023, Beth has already secured herself a loyal client base and with over 15 years experience as a stylist, her clients know they are in very safe hands.
Beth is a self-confessed salon Mum and has already cemented herself as an indispensable part of the Blondee family.

SENIOR STYLIST
Tiarna joined us in 2023 after relocating to Brisbane from Melbourne. Tiarna is our positive, bubbly and upbeat senior stylist at Morningside and we are obsessed with Tiarna’s zest for life and passion for all things hairdressing!
Whether it’s a lived-in blonde, a rich chocolate brown or a bright copper, colour is what Tiarna lives for and achieving her clients’ dream hair is what Tiarna believes is the most important part of her job.
Making her clients feel and look their best is what Tiarna strives for and she won’t stop until she’s satisfied you are in love with your hair!
Tiarna loves a cheeky pizza & cocktail and when she’s not at BLONDEE, you’ll catch her out to dinner or dreaming of the beach!

2ND YEAR EMERGING STYLIST
Anna joined the BLONDEE team as a first year apprentice in 2022, however brings a wealth of styling knowledge with her after working as a barber for years.
Anna recently discovered her passion for colouring and styling women’s hair and has already shown her determination to succeed, learn and grow as part of the BLONDEE team.
Her friendly and hardworking nature makes her a wonderful addition to Morningside team and she is always ready to lend a hand wherever she is needed.

AMANDA
2ND YEAR EMERGING STYLIST
Since joining the Blondee team, Amanda has become an integral part of the Morningside team. While Amanda commenced her hairdressing career at BLONDEE as a salon assistant, Amanda has recently started her Hairdressing Apprenticeship, and we couldn’t be prouder!
Amanda loves to help the stylists transform their clients into the best versions of themselves, and has recently started taking on her own clients as well!
Amanda is passionate about all things styling and her creativity, helpfulness and easy-going nature has brought so much light to the Morningside salon.
